About the Creator of Language and Learning Connections

Shannon is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who has been working in the field since 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Boston University and her Master of Science at New York Medical College. Shannon has spent much of her career providing therapy for older adults, and becoming a mother in 2022 reignited her passion for early childhood language development.

Her two sons have been the inspiration behind Language and Learning Connections. Watching her own children’s language flourish has motivated Shannon to create a class that helps families foster early communication skills in a fun, supportive environment. As a parent and speech language pathologist, she understands the importance of empowering parents with the tools and confidence to nurture their children’s language growth.
